This vineyard lies at the very tip of Sardinia on 50 hectares planted on ancient farm land. The variety of soil texture, the breezy climate and most importantly, the range of temperature change gives rise to an environment that belies the natural inclination of this land for wine growing. Cannonau D.O.C.
100% Cannonau. Dense red in colour. Ripe black fruit aroma, spicy, twinge of chocolate. Broad mouthfeel, ripe, very full yet smooth. Great development and persistence. Great maturity, great complexity and great smoothness.
Serve: 16-18˚C
Suggest: Pork, wild boar, red meats, game, aged cheeses.

Cagnulari IGT Isola Dei Nuraghi
100% Cagnulari. Aged only in steel. Ruby red tending to garnet. Hints of black fruit and wood berries on the nose. Maraschino cherries are evident on the palate. The cherry expands smoothly, very soft and elegant.
Serve: 18 ̊C
Suggest: Stews, game and poultry, pasta with meat based sauces, cold meat, salamis, taleggio.

Albithia Vermentino D.O.C.
100% Vermentino. Light straw yellow in colour. Orange blossom, green apple and white honey on the nose. The mouthfeel is long, dense and persistent Displays excellent acidity and a lasting and intense finish.

Cannonau D.O.C. Corona De Logu
100% Cannonau. Aged in steel. Intense ruby red. The nose displays fruit of the forest with a slight vegetal aroma. A full-bodied, smooth wine which shows good persistence and a spicy finish.

Gerione I.G.T. Isola Dei Nuraghi
Gerione 2006 "Winner tre Bicchieri". Aged in barriques for 18months. Blend of 35% Bovale Sardo, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Syrah. Reveals dark fruit, mocha, spices, sage, manthol, liquorice and new leather in a style that is rich but not at all heavy. This is a muscular powerful red that will benefit from a few years in the cellar, although it is rewarding at this early stage.
Serve: 8-10 ̊C
Suggest: Duck, venison, goat's cheese, roquefort cheese.
