Tinazzi

The Tinazzi Cellars of Cavion Veronese have been producing wines for a quarter of a century. They are located in the rolling glacial Moraine hills between the Adige river and the southern shores of Lake Garda, in a magnificent sun filled and verdant vineyard region. This is a typical family owned and operated business, engaged in producing an excellent range of veronese DOC wines.

Valpolicella Ripasso D.O.C.

Intense ruby red in colour with a characteristic buoquet of mature red fruits and spice. Grapes are partially dried before fermentation to produce a wonderfully concentrated, rich style of wine. Refined in slovenian oak barrels for a minimum of 1 year.
