Valdobbiadene Di Cartizze D.O.C.G Dry

A True Cru that is produced in an area with a perfect microclimate and soil. 100% Prosecco. Very pale straw yellow with an intense, fine and persistant perlage. Intensely fruity aroma with clear hints of golden apple, exotic fruit salad and citrus fruits. Fresh and delicate.

Serving: 6-8˚C
Suggest: Very versatile. Ideal with rock fish, salmon tartare and pastry desserts.
